Open Question: Is this ok for babysiting?

First I’ll go to red cross learn cpr then when im 14 i will start, so i wont do this to every kid unless its really bad like if they wont go to sleep at all i’ll say this: sweetie but if you dont get to sleep then you wont sleep with your new friends(stuffed animal) you get to keep it if you sleep with him and take care of them to see if that works. Is that ok to do im not bribing them am i? im not trying to teach them that the only way for them to get to sleep is a new toy just for that one time, then the next time i’ll say wheres your friend?
